Chef Mohamad from Lebanon was born in 1965, in his early childhood years before his 11th birthday his grandfather notices his love to the family food and the recipes, so he toke it on his own to introduce him to the trait. This introduction was a key point in the chef’s life as the love for the craft got born in him. He started working in the family falafel stores till 1989, when he left his beloved country to work as airline advisor in Bulgaria. His love for authentic food and the age-old recipes didn’t stop. It was only feeding the fire in him leading him to quit his job and to state introducing the Lebanese food to the Bulgarian markets. This stopped in the early 2000s when he started his restaurant in varna fulfilling
